When Andrew's sister knocks him over in her rush to the phone, he shouts some very angry words. Sister shouts them in turn over the phone to her boyfriend, who shouts them in turn to a poet - and so it goes on. Andrew, appalled at what he has done, chases after the words, but doesn't catch up with them until they reach a country far away. A lady in the market there knows just what to do. She drowns the angry words and presents Andrew with a lovely ball of nice words, which he distributes to all the people who have been affected by the nasty ones along the way. A most original fable, complimented by glowing illustrations.
